Juli 2019 (Nr. 408644).\n<\/b>\n\nEin gesch\u00fctzter Arbeitnehmer, n\u00e4mlich ein Vertreter der Person, hat die ihm vom Arbeitgeber zur Verf\u00fcgung gestellten Computertools missbraucht, um ohne Zustimmung des Arbeitnehmers die berufliche E-Mail-Adresse eines anderen Arbeitnehmers einzugeben. Dieser betr\u00fcgerische Eingriff wurde vom Staatsrat als Versto\u00df gegen die Treuepflicht aus dem Arbeitsvertrag beurteilt, auch wenn er au\u00dferhalb der Arbeitszeit erfolgte und der Arbeitnehmer zum Zeitpunkt des Vorfalls nicht anwesend war.
