Donc, pour \u00eatre parfait, il faut avoir chang\u00e9 souvent \u00bb, il nous apprenait que l\u2019homme, et notamment le Chef d\u2019entreprise, recherche en permanence le changement et le perfectionnement.<\/p>\n<p>Je vous expliquais dans mon Hebdo juridique du 11 mai que le Chef d\u2019entreprise aime les d\u00e9fis et sait les relever.<\/p>\n<p>Pour cela, acceptez les bouleversements, les phases de r\u00e9flexion, voire m\u00eame les phases de vide et parfois ce sentiment de perdre pied.<\/p>\n<p>Ces moments que vous percevrez comme n\u00e9gatifs sont en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 la vie d\u2019une entreprise car ils sont cr\u00e9ateurs : cr\u00e9ation de nouveaux engagements, d\u00e9veloppements de nouvelles relations professionnelles, analyse de la relation \u00e0 la client\u00e8le, mise en place de nouveaux process.<\/p>\n<p>Et si vous \u00eates angoiss\u00e9 face \u00e0 tant de projets, prenez un chat !
