A letter from a lawyer is not the same as a letter from a private individual. It does not carry the same weight in the mind of the recipient.<\/p>\n The letter of formal notice was not answered. It asks the other party to comply within a specific period of time, or else the case will be taken to court.<\/p>\n The typical formula :\u00a0<\/span>\"Otherwise, I already have a mandate to pursue the matter in court.<\/i>\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n This formulation has the merit of at least pressing the opponent to respond and explain.<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n This sometimes leads to a fruitful exchange, often between lawyers, which will result in an amicable settlement of the dispute.<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n Once all the formal requirements have been met and the debtor of the obligation has failed to perform, legal action can be brought.<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n [\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row _builder_version=\"4.18.0\u2033 _module_preset=\"default \" global_colors_info=\"{} \"][et_pb_column type=\"4_4\u2033 _builder_version=\"4.18.0\u2033 _module_preset=\"default \" global_colors_info=\"{} \"][et_pb_testimonial _builder_version=\"4.18.0\u2033 _module_preset=\"default \" position_font=\"|700|on|||||| \" position_text_color=\"#000000\u2033 text_orientation=\"center \" global_colors_info=\"{} \"]<\/p>\n Having a lawyer write a letter is smart.
