vastarintaa!<\/h3>\nGrenoblen ty\u00f6tuomioistuin kielt\u00e4ytyi 22. hein\u00e4kuuta 2019 antamassaan tuomiossa yhtym\u00e4st\u00e4 kassaatiotuomioistuimen kantaan p\u00e4\u00e4tetty\u00e4\u00e4n 17. hein\u00e4kuuta 2019 (Cass. lausunto, 17. hein\u00e4kuuta 2019) ilman todellista ja vakavaa syyt\u00e4 irtisanomisesta maksettavan korvauksen asteikon yhteensopivuutta Kansainv\u00e4lisen ty\u00f6j\u00e4rjest\u00f6n yleissopimuksen nro 158 artiklan 10 kanssa. Tuomarit ottivat t\u00e4m\u00e4n asiayhteyden huomioon m\u00e4\u00e4r\u00e4tess\u00e4\u00e4n korkeamman korvauksen, joka heid\u00e4n mielest\u00e4\u00e4n vastasi paremmin h\u00e4nen kokemustaan yrityksess\u00e4. T\u00e4m\u00e4n tuomion analyysist\u00e4 nousee esiin kaksi t\u00e4rke\u00e4\u00e4 seikkaa: \u2013 Alemman oikeusasteen tuomarit vastustavat kassaatiotuomioistuimen kantaa, joka vahvisti Macronin asteikon. \u2013 Ty\u00f6nantajan laiminly\u00f6nti turvallisuusvelvoitteensa t\u00e4ytt\u00e4misess\u00e4 h\u00e4irint\u00e4tapauksessa voi tulla sille kalliiksi.
