Come promemoria, un dipendente poteva ricevere l'indennit\u00e0 di disoccupazione solo quando il suo contratto di lavoro era terminato per licenziamento o risoluzione contrattuale.

Come promemoria, la legge 98-1194 del 23 dicembre 1998 permetteva ai dipendenti che erano stati particolarmente esposti all'amianto di beneficiare del pensionamento anticipato anche se non avevano sviluppato una malattia professionale legata a questa esposizione.
