EU-domstolen m\u00e5 ogs\u00e5 respektere personopplysninger<\/h3>\n

I en avgj\u00f8relse av 1. oktober 2019 (OJEU L 261\/97, 14. oktober 2019),<\/b> Den europeiske unions domstol etablerer en internkontrollmekanisme for behandling av personopplysninger som utf\u00f8res innenfor rammen av domstolens rettslige funksjoner.
\nSom en del av deres arbeid er europeiske institusjoner p\u00e5lagt \u00e5 behandle personopplysninger til borgere som de utveksler med.
\nDet er i denne sammenheng at det som mottaker av personopplysninger var n\u00f8dvendig at regelverket ogs\u00e5 gjaldt for behandling av personopplysninger innenfor rammen av EUs jurisdiksjonsoppdrag.
\nDerfor er Europaparlamentets og r\u00e5dets forordning (EU) 2018\/1725 av 23. oktober 2018 om beskyttelse av fysiske personer med hensyn til behandling av personopplysninger<\/a> av unionens institusjoner, organer og byr\u00e5er s\u00f8rger for en tilpasning av reglene som gjelder for de europeiske institusjonene med GDPR.

Celui-ci aura deux mois pour notifier sa d\u00e9cision au justiciable arguant de la violation de son droit \u00e0 la protection de ses personlig informasjon<\/a>. \nFor det andre vil vedtaket kunne p\u00e5klages til utvalget.
\nKomiteen er sammensatt av en president og to medlemmer valgt blant dommerne og generaladvokatene for domstolen og utpekt av domstolen etter forslag fra presidenten, komiteen bist\u00e5s av domstolens juridiske r\u00e5dgiver for administrative anliggender og m\u00f8ter etter innkalling av presidenten.
\nS\u00f8keren vil ha to m\u00e5neder p\u00e5 seg til \u00e5 fremsette sin klage, fra meldingen om vedtaket eller datoen da vedkommende ble kjent med det.
\nN\u00e5r klagen anses for \u00e5 behandles, kan komiteen beslutte \u00e5 h\u00f8re enhver person hvis h\u00f8ring den finner nyttig.
\nHan vil ogs\u00e5 ha makt til \u00e5 kansellere, reformere eller etterkomme den omstridte avgj\u00f8relsen, og m\u00e5 varsle forfatteren av klagen innen fire m\u00e5neder fra innleveringen av klagen.
