Om ditt parti av sam\u00e4gande \u00e4r bel\u00e4get inom omkretsen av en ASL<\/a>, du \u00e4r automatiskt medlem. Som anges i artikel 2 i 2004 \u00e5rs f\u00f6rordning \u00e4r "medlems\u00e4gare skyldiga att bidra till f\u00f6reningens kostnader". Eftersom del\u00e4gare i en ASL<\/a>m\u00e5ste du betala tv\u00e5 typer av avgifter:<\/p>\n

- DEN sam\u00e4gandeavgifter<\/a> f\u00f6r underh\u00e5ll av de gemensamma utrymmena i din byggnad<\/p>\n

\u2013 ASL-avgifter f\u00f6r sk\u00f6tsel av gemensamma bekv\u00e4mligheter i indelningen (v\u00e4gar, gr\u00f6nomr\u00e5den etc.)<\/p>\n

\u00a03. ASL\/sam\u00e4gandestyrning kan vara komplex<\/h2>\n

d\u00e4r samexistens av en ASL och ett sam\u00e4gande<\/a> p\u00e5 samma fastighetskomplex skapar ofta sv\u00e5righeter med samordning och ansvarsf\u00f6rdelning. Trots skyldigheten att skapa en "union av fackf\u00f6reningar" som inf\u00f6rdes genom ELAN-lagen fr\u00e5n 2018, \u00e4r konflikter fortfarande vanliga.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Ytterligare avgifter, risker f\u00f6r konflikter, juridisk komplexitet... Det finns m\u00e5nga fallgropar.
