\nDet \u00e4r av denna anledning som kassationsr\u00e4tten ans\u00e5g att endast tillhandah\u00e5llandet till arbetstagaren av en kopia av avtalet undertecknat av b\u00e5da parter gjorde det m\u00f6jligt f\u00f6r arbetsgivaren att beg\u00e4ra dess godk\u00e4nnande och ut\u00f6va sin \u00e5ngerr\u00e4tt.
\nF\u00f6r att sammanfatta de tv\u00e5 domarna och dra de n\u00f6dv\u00e4ndiga r\u00e4ttsliga konsekvenserna m\u00e5ste vardera parten beh\u00e5lla en undertecknad kopia av upps\u00e4gningsavtalet, med straff f\u00f6r handlingens ogiltighet.
\nDetta \u00e4r en betydande formalitet som kan f\u00e5 stora konsekvenser eftersom en konventionell upps\u00e4gning kan bestridas under en period av 12 m\u00e5nader fr\u00e5n dess godk\u00e4nnande av DIRECCTE.
